  1. Boeing 737NG Flight Length Sensitive (FLS) Tasks
  • SKYAT Aviation have experienced teams to cover the B737 FLS tasks. Our teams are fully trained, equipped and qualified to carry out the required tasks to de-seal, inspect, clean and re-seal the aircraft. Our excellent services have been recognised by many airlines and we have been trusted to carry out over 40 FLS tasks to date with many more contracted for future. SKYAT Aviation are mission ready wherever you are in the world. 

 

  1. High pressure water sealant removal
  • Using cutting edge technology, our teams are well equipped to carry out the removal of any sealant using high pressure water with the use of the Aqua Miser. Our team is fully trained to use this equipment safely and effectively. The pressure of this equipment reaches around 15,000 psi. This method of removing sealant is very effective as the surface will be returned to a new condition, allowing for full inspections to be carried out and fresh sealant to be re-applied to a clean surface.

 

  1. Airbus ACT Maintenance
  • At SKYAT, we are very proud to have ACT specialists. Our experienced team have carried out hundreds of tasks on ACTs. We at SKYAT provide the full maintenance for the ACT, including the following:
  • Removal of components
  • Removal of bladder
  • Tank inspections and modifications where required
  • Service Bulletins 
  • Testing of tank structure and bladder
  • Cleaning 
  • Re-installation of bladder, components and completing the tank
